Q: Where and when do you ship? A: We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada and select international points via overnight delivery Monday through Thursday for arrival Tuesday through Friday ... Saturday delivery is by arrangement at additional cost. We recommend that the recipient is aware of the arrival date to be available to receive it.

Q: How do you keep the Hoagie from getting soggy? A: It's all in the packaging! First, we slice the roll, open it and slide it into an airtight plastic bag, then place the meats, cheese and veggies on top of the bag with the sliced roll, slide these into another sealed bag and then into a sealed mylar bag. It is then chilled down and placed in a styrofoam box prior to shipment. It is an elaborate process but this guarantees that the Hoagie is as fresh as if you picked it up at the corner deli! A packet of our own specially seasoned oil is included. Just slide the meats and veggies onto the roll, add oil and Enjoy!

Q: How do you ship your Cheesesteaks? A: We start with the best fresh (never frozen) steak meat. We then fry the meat with onions and cheese (or without if you prefer), place it in a microwave bag sealed air tight and placed in a styrofoam box along with a frozen gel pack to keep it cold. The fresh Italian roll is heat-sealed in a clear plastic bag and sealed in a mylar bag to assure its freshness.
