Dear Sir or Ma'am:
Recently I received a perishable package from you that my wife had sent to me for my birthday. The reason I am writing, is to say THANK YOU & to tell you how nice it was to receive such delicious food from the states.
Even though, the package was sent for me, I could not help sharing the food with my squad members, some of which, have never heard of "TASTYKAKES". Being that I was born in the suburbs of Philadelphia (Delaware County), I occasionally brag of the awesome hoagies and cheesesteaks that I have eaten. After trying some of the treats that were sent to me, most of my squad, majority who are from Florida, now know why I was bragging.
In closing, I just wanted to thank you for the package & tell you that it really lifted my & My soldiers spirits & made us all anxious to come home soon.

Hi, I have lived in Philly all my life. I moved to Louisiana in 1998. I swear that the only thing I miss about home is the food, nobody down here can understand what a cheesesteak or hoagie is. Thank God for you and for my mom who sends me care packages from you! To anyone who is hesitant to order your food, DO IT DO IT DO IT! It is a real Philly meal, both the cheese steaks and the hoagies! sheer perfection! thanks so much!!!!

I grew up in the Philly suburbs and was weaned on cheese steaks and hoagies. My children, tho raised in Pittsburgh, love steaks and hoagies as well. I just sent my son, who attends college in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the Brotherly Love Lunch (instead of Halloween candy). He just called and said that the sandwiches were "the Bomb!" One of his dorm mates is from King of Prussia so he shared his "Taste" with her. He really enjoyed the enclosed histories. I want to thank you for your help in making sure the package arrived on the specific day. It sometimes is difficult to send express mail to the north of Denver. You are great and I wll send care packages from you again .

My husband is very ill, and has wanted nothing more than to go to Philadelphia and have a cheesesteak. He remembers going to Pat's with his father when they were only $.15...yes 15 cents. That wasn't yesterday. A few years ago on a trip for Christmas, on our way home to Florida, we were at Pat's at 7:30am eating our cheesesteak. This came at the best time ever, we know he will never make it back to Philly, but this brought Philly to him. We are both so grateful that you have this service for all of us displaced Philadelphians. Everything was FANATICALLY FANTASTIC...

Yo (Hello) Yuze (You people) have made my year. I have Bin Dare (I've been there) in Philly for 5 years working for a local retailer. Now I live in Minnesota... All I can say is Tanks (Thank You) When I opened the package that my Cheese Wit (Philly Cheese Steak With Onions) was in, my eyes welled up. It reminded me of my last visit to Sow Street (South Street) and all of the visits to Dah Pokes (The Pocono's) It has been 4 years since I lived der (There) and I miss it all very much. Tanks (Thanks) to your service, I was once again able to enjoy my favorite place in the world. The City of Brotherly Love. Tanks again (Thank you again) PS. I want to thank you for allowing me to share the great cheesesteak experience 3,000 miles away. It absolutely amazes me as to how it can be cooked and shipped so far and taste so good. A few days ago as I was watching most of the other soldiers in my unit take off to go back home for the holidays, I was starting to feel a little bummed out that I had to stay behind to work over the holidays. And then I saw the "Taste of Philadelphia" package inside my door. It was so great to have all of those Philly favorites in one box - especially since I was so far away! Little did I know- that the staff at your company went above and beyond the call of service to get me the package before Christmas. After talking with my mom (who sent me the package), she told me how the lady she was talking to on the phone was super accommodating, and even stayed late along with several other employees to make sure that my gift got out on time. I can't thank you enough. Never before did a few sandwiches ever mean so much to me. The simple yet selfless gesture went a long way with me, and i will do my best to pass on your patriotism and holiday cheer to all i meet.

I recently ordered your fall feast as a 1st anniversary present for my husband. He grew up in Philly but he's lived out west for 7 years. He misses the food more than anything else. He is always talking about how much better food is there than it is here. We were going to go back east this fall, but I had back surgery and we had to postpone our trip. I found your website and knew I found the perfect gift for him. He was so surprised and he loved everything. He said the hoagies and cheesesteaks were as good as he remembered. The pretzels, Tastykakes and peanut chews were great too! I have never been to Philly, but I thought the hoagies were the best I had ever had. Thank you so much and we will definitely be ordering from you again.

Just had to let you know my husband received his hoagie today and was totally surprised. After his first bite he said "Heaven". Hi, Just to let you know my order was received yesterday and everything was excellent. My husband and I felt like we were home in Philly having dinner. Everything was delicious. Down here in Key West, FL. there are "Subs", but there is nothing that can compare to a Taste of Philadelphia. We are not sure if it is the meats or the rolls, because here the Subs are on Cuban bread. We are so glad that your article reached our "Key West Citizen" Newspaper. Again, the Italian Hoagie, Cheesesteak, Pretzels, Snapper Soup and Soda were excellent....worth every penny.
